Paula Solarska is the 2020-2021 Distinguished Alumni Scholarship Recipient! Paula is pursuing a communication degree at Harper and has the goal of ultimately focusing on international relations.

Paula states:
"I would like to express how grateful I am for receiving the Distinguished Alumni Scholarship. Truly if it wasn’t for this scholarship, I’m not sure I would be able to take all of my courses this semester. I am majoring in Communication and International Relations with minor in Biology. The fact that I even have the opportunity for a higher education as a first-generation student is such an amazing feeling. The opportunities at Harper that I have been will be forever grateful for."
